How to Bot Shopify Guide

A general guide to botting Shopify in 2020. I will go over a few things that will help you understand. Note that not all these things will NOT be in every bot, but this should cover most of it

Proxies

Used to mask your real IP. Allows you to run more tasks and not have your local IP in risk.

Throttling

Prevents you from completing the checkout process (stuck in queue, submitting loop, etc.)

Queue

Consider this to be a line. You are in line to purchase something and you must wait your turn

Captcha

A human detection program to separate help discern between bot and human

One Click

When captcha determines you are not a robot and is solved by simply 'Clicking Here' rather than selecting the correct images

Checkpoint

A type of captcha that must be solved before entering the site

Anti-Bot / Bot Protection

Measures to prevent bots from easily taking over the site and taking stock

DelaysMonitoring Delay

Used to determine how many times to refresh or check the page. Typically measured in ms (1000ms = 1 second)

Retry Delay

Used to determine how many times to attempt a task. Ex: Adding to cart, submitting shipping, submitting order, etc. This is also measured in ms

Timeout Delay

The time that the bot will wait for the website to load before retrying again. This is useful when you / your proxies are throttled

General SetupChoosing Delays

So delays vary between everyone's setup. To find your best set of delays, you will need to test and figure it out yourself. Trial and error. A few things to keep in mind, the vocabulary words I defined above. Run test tasks and make sure you don't run into some basic errors (often defined in your bots discord / guide).

Keywords / Early Link / Variants

The order of which are faster to pickup on a site would be (ordered from fastest to slowest) Variants -> Early Link -> Keywords. You want to use what you have access to. Some sites don't have early links, some sites will have early variants loaded. Use whatever you can for that specific site.

ContinuedCheckout Mode

Majorly depends on your bot and the site you are botting. Some mode's work only when there's no bot protection, some are best for sites with bot protection. Refer to your bot's guide / discord to discover which one you should use on the drop.

Proxies

Whether you want to use proxies or not is totally up to you. The amount of proxies you want to run, would need to at least be a 1:1 ratio.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are used to increase checkout speed. Do not depend on these as sometimes shipping rates are changed, so run with shipping rates and without shipping rates.

Additional Info

Something people are worried about are cancels. The best way to avoid cancellations on multiple pairs is to be as unique as possible. Minimize any of your risk and maximize your potential. Other than that. If you need more help, feel free to open a ticket with us and we will be there to help!
